Received order number confirmation email and wen't to download software onto my mac. So, renewed and then received debit from my bank account from Digital River. Cost was 149 normally 239 or something like that. This continues its positive trend over the past week where it has. If you have a charge on your recent billing statement with a description such as, DRI DRI or Digital River and do not recognize this charge. Received email from Trend Micro for renewal offer with discount to renew before virus software expires. Spoke with my bank immediately (Wells Fargo) and they quickly corrected my account and reported the fraudulent charge, appreciative of Wells Fargos professionalism and timely response when.

In the unlikely event your software downloaded from a Digital River network member contains a virus, Digital River agrees to either replace the affected software or refund the purchase price plus any shipping costs associated with the affected software. Not sure how they got my info :( but charged me out of the blue and overdrafted my account. 100 of software downloads available through Trend Micro have been scanned for viruses. What I can't figure out is how this company gets all of everyone's card numbers, addresses, etc. Is Advanced Micro Devices Headed For Gap Fill Or Will This Bearish Pattern Dominate. Was charged 71.95 by this DriTrend Micro (MN) 87. She said, "Oh, someone must have gotten your card number." She acted very innocent, but now that I see all the rip off reports concerning this company I know it was not innocent! I told her I did not authorize this, did not know what it was and I was not going to pay it. I called to have them all refunded and was told they could only refund from 30 days. I didn't catch the renewals in 20 (44.95 each) but I caught this year's charge of 62.95. I talked to a CSR at Capital One who was very helpful and said she would look up the phone number and try to connect me to Dri Trend Micro. She did and stayed on the line to verify my conversation. I asked the lady at Dri Trend Micro what it even was at least 3 times and she never told me, only that it was an automatic billing to my credit card for a subscription. Trend Micro kept charging me annual renewal fees three years after I cancelled my subscription to the service.
The total was not correct and I had a purchase for $75.19 from a company called Dri Trend Micro, which I had not heard of. Help other potential victims by sharing any available information about DRITREND MICRO MINNETONKA MN. I called to make a phone payment on my Capital One credit card and the recording stated how much the total of my purchases were since my last statement.
